Well, even though I made this a few weeks back, I still wanted to share my spring wreath(s) with all of you :) I totally have a love for burlap. The texture and the color get me every time. For a while a really wanted burlap throw cushions for our living room, but we do a lot (LOTS) of laying around on the couch, and my husband already complains about the pillows with the beads...(Pier 1 score years ago, and I still love them!), so scratchy just wouldn't go over well. So I added it elsewhere, and first place was this wreath. I followed the tutorial over at Top This Top That, I was totally inspired, gathered all my supplies, and off I was... or so I thought? I already had burlap, and ... Read More about {Spring Burlap Wreath}

Simple Moss Wreath
Moss has been my go to this spring for decor. I've used it in the past, but this year it seemed to be the one element I carried throughout our house. I'm always drawn to simple greens for wreaths, and was craving something spring-y for our porch door, and this simple moss wreath was the perfect touch for spring. ... Decorating with Table Top Christmas Trees
So it's no secret, I like to decorate with Christmas trees. Any size, real or faux, I'm really not that picky, but I think I look at mini christmas trees like some people look at puppies or kittens. You know a dog or a cat may be nice, but when you see a little tiny baby one, you start talking to it all cute-sie, woot-sie, and it makes you smile. Yeah, I kinda fall for little christmas trees that way too! We have a running joke around here about how many trees will it be this year? Which I always reply to - you can never have enough! With that said I think right now our running count is about 67. UMM yes, you are reading that number correctly. My husband jokes, so one night in a bet, he went ... Christmas Tour | Holiday Housewalk 2015
Hello and WELCOME!! I'm so glad you are here, and joining us for our Christmas House Tour this year. To say we are thrilled to be apart of this tour is an understatement. I can still remember everything, as if it were yesterday, when I found out I was going to be apart of this years tour! Our lovely host Jennifer Rizzo started these dreamy christmas tours just as I was starting to get into blogs. So you can imagine my dream as a new blogger to one day be apart of such a beautiful tour. I look forward to them every year, and after linking up last years christmas tour with fingers and toes crossed, I about fainted when I found out I had been chosen. Well maybe not fainted, but there were ... Read More about Christmas Tour | Holiday Housewalk 2015
Neutral Thanksgiving Centerpieces
With Halloween just a few days away, I know the minute it passes, our minds turn to the next holiday coming! I have a hard time not heading straight to the christmas decor though! It could be because I'm usually decorating for fall in August, so in all fairness I've already been soaking fall in for the last three months. And I can't stand only having 4 short weeks of Christmas. So I start to subtly incorporate more winter themed decor in our house, without it feeling full blown christmas-y. I've shared before that because we don't host thanksgiving, I don't feel the need to hold onto fall decor until then, but that doesn't mean I still don't like creating tablescapes for one of my favorite ... Woodland Glam Christmas Tree
I mentioned in my Christmas Home Tour that I would share more details on my tree, and I'm here today to do just that! My tree really helped spur on the rest of my decor, which honestly it pretty much does every year. I get stuck in christmas paralysis where I can't really decorate the rest of the house, until the tree is done. ... Read More about Woodland Glam Christmas Tree

Cinderella Pumpkin Thanksgiving Table
I'm back with Day 3 of my week long of Thanksgiving Tablescapes. If you are just stopping by for the first time today, or catching up, click the days to see Day 1 and Day 2. I love creating tablescpaes, it's one of my favorite things to do, and what inspired me to do a full week of them, so enjoy Day 3.I start by completely clearing off my table, to have a fresh look, and perspective to design.Once my table is cleared I start by layering fabric on top. I still like to see my wooden table top, so I fold a simple white tablecloth in half and center it on my table so that the wood is still exposed on both ends. Then to add texture and depth I add a 2nd layer. This year it's burlap, last ... Read More about Cinderella Pumpkin Thanksgiving Table
