I’ve mentioned briefly here and there that we were working on updating a few things around here, and we are getting close to revealing those changes. For those of you that don’t know my dream of being an interior decorator became a reality 3 years ago, when I took the leap and started my own business, Doucette Design.
We started small, like anyone does I guess, and it has been so fun to watch it grow. Last summer we reached a point where we either stayed small, or embraced the growth that was knocking on our doorstep, it was time for Doucette Design to be more than just an extension of this blog, it needed a face. Change can be scary sometimes. The unknown of what’s around the corner, but with my husband standing beside me we began to prepare for the next step. We hit the drawing board again, and began to plan a website just for the business. How exactly we wanted the website to look, and what we wanted to offer on the website. Our original logo which you see in the photo above, and what has been my Facebook profile picture for so long was something I created to get us started. However to move forward we were both wanting something a bit more substantial to carry us through this new season. I enlisted the services of Leslie Vega Design, and she totally brought our vision to life! Allow me to introduce the new face of Doucette Design Co.
