Hi ALL!
I know things have been a bit quiet this week on the blog,
I assure you I have been keeping busy.
I will have lots to share over the next couple weeks,
until then you can keep up with me
on Instagram ๐
So today,
instead of sharing my favorite Pins from the week,
I wanted to be a bit more specific,
and share with you my L.O.V.E. for vignettes.

Such a classic statement. Especially with keeping everything neutral.
I love stacking books to help add height and a layered feel.
Fresh blooms always make a difference too!
Adding trays are a great way to form a vignette, and make
it easy to move when you need to clear the
space quickly,
or keep it kid friendly ๐
Adding different textures, and materials keep the eye moving,
and keep things interesting.
Also grouping things in three’s and using a collection,
is a great way to form an easy vignette.
Topping things off with a cloche is a nice sophisticated touch,
and you can change up what’s inside as often as you like.
Console tables offer a great space for simple vignettes,
especially in an entry or hallway.
Vignettes are my favorite thing to play with,
whether it’s for the holidays, seasonally, or just switching things up!
Some of my go-to items are always books {small or large},
candles, flowers, and seasonal objects.
Hope you are enjoying your weekend.
I’m anxiously awaiting some 50 degree weather
to bust out the flip flops!
What are you up to this weekend!
Do you do a recent post about a project you just finished?
I’d love to see it,
leave a comment with the link, and I will be sure to check it out!
~Happy Weekend~

I loved everything you featured. My poor old head is so full of all the blog inspiration it’s hard for me to sleep at night, I want to get up and go make an arrangement or paint something, whatever. It’s wonderful. I don’t have a mantel but hubs made an excellent shutter shelf that’s my mantel. Hubs asks me why I’m changing the shelf. Cause I can and want to. (uh maybe I should go clean the bathroom or the floors?, nah) Making vignettes is one of my very favorite time passers. I keep finding more and more goodies at thrift stores to use. I had to put back all kinds of great stuff on sale at Michaels tonight. I can’t buy everything at once but it’s so hard to choose. Happy Weekend
