Happy Friday friends!!! I am so excited it’s Friday, because that means there is another beautiful farmhouse home tour lined up for today! Before we dive into todays tour, I just wanted to take a minute and say Thank You for all your kind words, and sweet response to yesterdays post. It’s so nice when you find a community of people that you can share your passions with and be inspired, but the greater treasure is being able to share your heart and your struggles, and be encouraged. And for that I am truly grateful! OK, who is ready for another edition of Farmhouse Tour Friday?!
Today I’m sharing the lovely Elisa Jobe. You can find her on IG @jobestead, or on her photography Facebook page HERE. I love Elisa’s style, and her taste is the perfect blend of a crisp neutral palette with farmhouse touches! Enjoy!
Hi my name is Elisa Jobe. Thank you for taking a peek into my home! I live in beautiful North Carolina with my amazing husband and 4 children. I am a homeschooling mom, and photographer, and I love to create which has brought me to the beautiful world of design.
We are currently renting and just moved in a couple months ago. We are planning and hoping to build our own farmhouse very soon! I love to decorate with a modern farmhouse feel. Rustic woods, rusty metals and chippy paint are my faves, added with clean lines and neutrals are my approach.
Textures of pillows, baskets and throws always draws me in, and a touch of leafy green never hurts anything! Home is where I love to be, so to create a warm, cozy and inviting space does my heart good.
I love the weathered patina on her dining room chairs, they get me every time!! Now moving into her kitchen.
I love the simplicity in each bedroom. It lets the design shine, without cluttering the space, which sets up the spaces for optimal relaxation.
Whether you mix in vintage pieces, secondhand finds, rustic touches, there really is not wrong way to accomplish farmhouse decor, and Elisa shows us just how that can be done!

Could you please tell me the color of your kitchen cabinets. I love that color!
Hi Phyllis! Our cabinets were already installed when we moved in, and came in white. They are not painted 😉
Love your kitchen! What is the name of your granite countertops?
Thank you Tara! Believe it or not our countertops are faux. They aren’t granite. They were here when we bought the house, so all I know is that they came from Lowes 🙂
Where is your kitchen backsplash from?
Simply beautiful. I want to move in with you. LOVE!!
Beautiful! Love Elisa’s heart & home! Kim xx
