Home Tour with Wayfair

I am so excited to share with you today that I have teamed up with Wayfair for another series of Insider Inspiration. Behind the scenes for the last month or so I have been a busy bee creating videos for Wayfair and their You Tube channel. We all know the catchy jingle from their commercials “Wayfair, you have just what I need”, but working with them over the past month and browsing their product I was truly surprised at just how much they have. I have some go-to’s when it comes to picking our decor for my house.

White linens, weathered wood, a pop of navy. Anything that will bring my texture and have a timeless feel, yet still be trendy.

Sometimes though these pieces aren’t always easy to find. I love that Wayfair has something for everyone, and pieces I love too!  I like my home to have pieces that feel like they’ve been around forever, but not necessarily feel dated, if you know what I mean. I think adding layers to your space is one of the best things you can do to really make it feel cozy and inviting. Whether you are layering rugs, or window treatments for adding texture, or a whole bunch of throw pillows on your couch, your creating an atmosphere that everyone is sure to enjoy. And isn’t that what home is all about? A warm, cozy, inviting space where we feel peace to come in and receive rest and refreshment. I love when my family tells me how much they love how are home is decorated. Well not in those words exactly, but when they walk in and let out a deep sigh, or say how nice it feels to be home, or how comfortable they feel to come in and relax, I know what they are saying, and I know I’ve accomplished my goal at providing them the space they need to regroup and find peace. Over the next 6 weeks you’ll be able to catch these videos I’ve been putting together, where I talk about inviting spaces, what’s trending now, and my love for home decor. Just to name a few.
