Hello Friends, and Happy Friday!!! I seriously can’t believe it’s Friday already. We have had family visiting with us this past week, and it just feels like we’ve been in a time capsule. It’s been great to unplug a little and enjoy some family time together, and even though I didn’t get some posts up I had planned for this week, I couldn’t miss sharing another beautiful farmhouse home tour with you, because the Farmhouse Style Home Tour Friday continues today!
In case you missed it I shared {vol.6} last Friday, and how I’m picking the series up again this summer, and sharing a new-to-me and hopefully new-to-you farmhouse style home tour! Kicking things off today is Tonya from the Rustic Woven Blog, and I know you are going to love her home!
I love all the texture Tonya adds to her spaces while maintaining a neutral color palette! It’s so soothing to the eye, and yet it keeps your eyes wondering, highlighting perfect little treasures.
A perfect example is how she has style the built in bookshelves in their living room. It’s the perfect balance of symmetry, books, and enough decor to keep it interesting!
One of the things that caught my eye right away in Tonya’s home was this amazing vintage style cabinet full of drawers! I’ve always wanted to have space for one in my home, and I love how much warmth it brings into the space with all the whites and tans.
Her home features the most adorable arched doorways, and I love how tasteful she decorates making sure this architectural detail still stands out.
Her dining room has just the right touch of vintage items up against crisp white walls so it doesn’t feel sterile or boring. I think she’s done a wonderful job of balancing out the old and the new.
She carries that up into her bedroom. I think when decorating with white, it’s important to add pieces that add warmth to the space, and below it is clear to see.
A warm wood dresser and bedside lights, and a vintage bed frame all bring character into this soothing space.
I love this gallery wall collection! It fills the space perfectly without feeling overwhelming. And beside it you can peak right into her office.
Throughout every room in her house she carries the same color scheme and decorating principles which makes it such a relaxed environment to be in! I love Tonya’s farmhouse style, and hope you do as well!
