Fall Patio | 2019

We are having the most splendid fall temperatures, seriously I can’t even believe it. It’s been mild, with cooler mornings, and comfortable days that dip back down into cooler temperatures at night. We have had no humidity for the last couple of weeks, and honestly I couldn’t wish for better fall weather. It’s made transitioning the inside of our home for fall easy, and now I’m turning my attention towards our outdoor spaces. Today I’m sharing our fall patio!

Even though we typically sit around our fire pit area (to left not in the photo), we also have this little sitting area in front of our barn to the right. It’s the perfect spot to sit and have coffee, and chat with a friend, or watch the kids when they are playing in the yard.

You may recognize that scarf draped over the side of the chair 🙂 It’s the one I used in THIS fall tablescape, and spotlighted in my fall decor hack post HERE.

I shared some of the plants I got for fall in my stories on Instagram, and could not remember for the life of me what this colorful little guy is called, and so many of you helped me out. It’s Coleus, and I picked it up at our local Home Depot last week, and it came in the cute little faux whiskey barrel container 🙂

I brought out one of my favorite signs, to hang above my potting table. This is actually THE sign that inspired the name of my blog, and if you’ve never read that story, you read all about it HERE.
