Growing up there was one appetizer my mom would always put out during the holidays, and to this day it is still a family favorite. It is the easiest appetizer to make – with only 3 ingredients, and literally no cooking, a nice go-to for anyone to have up their sleeve. It’s one I always put out for holiday parties, and an easy one to bring with you, when you are going to a holiday party. It’s also a great app for football games too! So today I’m sharing this quick and easy holiday appetizer with you!
Come and take a Look ~
I always keep my pantry stocked with these ingredients just in case I need to put out an appetizer or a snack in minutes. It’s such a crowd favorite, and tastes so delicious, people will think you were slaving in the kitchen.

It’s so simple. Grab your favorite tray or serving plate. I like this white and wood marble bread board, which makes clean up a breeze. And gives me plenty of room to arrange my crackers, while leaving plenty of room to dip.

Directions :
- Place 1 block of cream cheese on platter.
- Top with 3-4 spoonfuls of red-pepper jelly.
- Serve with crackers.
It’s that easy! The sweet heat from the red pepper jelly paired with the cool tangy flavor of the cream cheese is a combo you’ll guests will go crazy for. I can remember the moment my mom would put out this appetizer during the holidays, everyone would crowd around it until it was gone. If you didn’t get some right away, you didn’t get some!

I’ve also made this easy holiday appetizer recipe using different jelly’s as well. For fun, try blackberry, raspberry, or apricot for a sweet twist on this flavor combo. I love using one of those flavors when we have guests over in the spring – perfect for Easter too!

Yes! This is a favorite in my family too! My Mother-In-Law makes the best homemade pepper jelly (my favorite is her apricot pepper jelly) and we LOVE it!
