Hello friends!! I have a fun spring themed DIY to share with you today, to help us all get ready for spring ๐ I took a fun twist on making a traditional wreath, and created this spring hanging basket. I think you are going to love how quick and easy this comes together.
Come and take a look ~
I got everything I needed to make this spring hanging basket off of Amazon! Yes – you read that right – Amazon!! If you haven’t checked it out yet, I created a whole Amazon Storefront broken up into categories, filled with my favorite things, including the materials I used to create this spring wreath. You can visit my Storefront on Amazon – HERE.
Listed below are the Supplies you will need :
First, I lined the bottom with dry floral foam. This helps my stems stay in place, so they don’t fall or clump to one side. Next, I added my 2 bunches of of white tulips. Placing them both on either sides of the basket.
Once my tulips were in the basket, I spread them out a little bit, almost so the ones in the center would overlap alittle.
Then I added the white peonies ~
To Finish, I used my faux seeded eucalyptus stems, and filled in any empty spots ~
I love how this hanging basket turned out. Perfect for spring, but could also be left up all year round. The tulips say “spring”, but keeping things neutral, means I don’t have to take it down once spring is over.

You couldn’t have made that any easier with one-stop shopping at Amazon! Thanks for sharing your Spring hanging basket Bre. I love the combination of tulips and peonies.

I might have raised it up about 1 to 2 inches. They seem a little strangled to me. Love that basket. So glad to see you using faux flowers, I love them. The new stuff is so spot one. The idea of keeping it in only whites and greens is beyond elegant. Wish I could find a basket like that!

Thank you so much!! That basket is from Amazon, and it is amazing quality. I too have been so impressed with the newer faux florals ๐ It’s funny because in the photos they look more squished than in real life. I tried raising them up higher, but then you couldn’t see the cute handle in the back, so I opted to keep them lower. Either way, I’m with you on the look and feel of using all one color flower ๐
