Hi Friends!
Today, I’m excited to share this year’s Fall Home Tour — a look at how I’ve layered in neutral fall decor and cozy details throughout our home. I love to refresh our home with each seasonal change, and just like I shared in my “Fall Nesting” post, decorating for fall is all about adding in cozy layers, natural accents, and comforting details that mirror autumn’s beauty.

Cozy Neutrals in the Living Room: Simple Fall Decorating Ideas
This season, I leaned into a soft, neutral fall palette — warm taupes, creamy whites, and gentle greens — with just a few hints of rust and amber to reflect the changing leaves outside. Our white slipcovered sofa creates such a fresh base, allowing the textures and natural tones to shine.

On the coffee table, I styled a simple fall centerpiece with a mix of dried florals, magnolia leaves, and a candle anchored by the tray. A stack of my favorite home decor books adds height, while a few seasonal pieces like mini pumpkins and pears add that perfect fall touch without feeling overdone.

Throw pillows in muted patterns and cozy knit blankets make the whole space feel inviting for slow mornings or quiet evenings curled up on the couch — everything you want in a cozy fall living room.

Neutral Fall Decor in the Dining Room
In the dining room, I kept things just as effortless — focusing on warm wood tones and layers of organic texture. Our oak farmhouse table is dressed with a simple linen runner, a seasonal floral arrangement, and a few scattered candles to bring a soft glow during dinner.

The wood hutch behind the table has become one of my favorite spots to style each season. For fall home styling, I filled it with a mix of everyday dishes, weathered silver, and small natural elements — like gourds, dried stems, and collected pottery. The result feels calm, lived-in, and perfectly seasonal.

Bringing Fall Home: Cozy, Simple Ideas for the Season
More than anything, I love how fall encourages us to slow down and make home feel like a haven again. It doesn’t take much — a soft blanket, a few candles, some gathered branches from the yard — to create that warm, welcoming fall home feeling we all crave this time of year.

If you’re looking for simple fall decorating ideas or ways to make your home feel cozy and inviting without going overboard, I hope this tour inspires you. It’s a gentle reminder that beauty often lies in the small, thoughtful details.

Love it Bre!
Your neutral fall decorating is lovely! And I really like the unpainted wood furniture.
It did inspire me and it was all so pretty for Fall, thanks.
Beautiful and, as we say in Spanish” muy acogedor, which means a welcoming home and not a house.
Hi Bre! Thank you for sharing your cozy and inviting home! I love that you did the photo stills. I always find your posts so inspiring and look forward to each and every one of them. Cheers!
