Hello Friends!!! I sure hope you are having a wonderful summer so far. I can’t believe August has already arrived. I know in some parts of the country Back to School is becoming a familiar phrase, we still have 4 more weeks before we hit back to school, but I can already sense the anticipation in my kids for another school year. I love summer and the long relaxed days it brings, but after a while I find myself longing for the routine the school year brings. I’m so excited to share this Farmhouse Tour with you today, part of the Farmhouse Style Home Tour Series. Sharing her beautiful home with us today is Ashley from Little Glass Jar blog.
I love how Ashley so seamlessly blends vintage pieces with her clean farmhouse style. The neutral aesthetic throughout her home sets a clean background for her vintage finds to pop and hold a special place in her decor.
She brings in lots of warm wood tones to add texture and warmth to balance out all the light and bright, which is such a classic design choice in my opinion.
In her Dining Room she’s created the perfect styled hutch setting the backdrop to her dining room table.
I love the collection of vintage pie plates you see in the photo above, and her DIY chalkboard menu is so perfect to add some farmhouse style to any space!
I just swoon over all of her vintage finds, and how she perfectly styles them throughout the rooms in her homes.
Adding architecture details to your walls is a great way to add farmhouse character to any home. Ashley’s DIY board and batten is proof at how much charm and character it adds.
I love how charming this collection of vintage mirrors looks grouped together about her guest bed, it’s so charming and welcoming at the same time 🙂
