I always feel a huge sigh of relief when the word Easter starts making it’s way into conversation. It’s like that light at the end of the tunnel of a long dark winter. Thankfully this winter hasn’t been anything close to what it normally is, but once Easter arrives I can usually stop holding my breath that a possible snow storm could happen. Yes we may get a flurry or two, I’ve had lovely wet snow fall on my birthday which is the first week of May, but nothing to worry about it’s usually back in the 60’s in the following couple of days. So with Easter, comes my sigh of relief that we made it through another winter.
It won’t be much longer until buds start to appear everywhere, and warmer days are right around the corner. I thought today I’d round up some Easter inspiration from past posts.
Nothing says spring is coming to me like a table filled with fresh flowers! Last year I created this Spring Tablescape with an assortment of milk glass containers, and fresh flowers from my local grocery store.
Keeping things easy with day lilies, daisies, and carnations in the same color kept things fresh and airy, just the way spring is. I created these super simple Easter Egg Place Settings using paper mache eggs, moss and torn out book pages. Regardless of what type of votive you have to place it in, they add a welcoming touch to each place setting.
For those of you that may not know, I love to create tablescapes! I tend to mention it every once and awhile, and last year I created an Easter Tablescape layered with beautiful pieces to celebrate the season.
I also shared some of my go-to tips for hosting. Holidays can be tricky, or overwhelming to host. Whether it’s your first time inviting others over, or twentieth time – inviting people into our homes does not have to be stressful, you can click HERE to catch all 5 tips!

Hi Emily! So sorry you couldn’t find a source. My husband had it custom made for me, but it’s actually in my pile of things to sell as I simplified our house earlier this year. I just don’t have the wall space, I’d ship it if you are interested, email me [email protected] 🙂
