Hi Friends!!! First I want to say thank you to each and every one of you who entered our rug GIVEAWAY with Rugs USA! I truly enjoyed hearing about the spaces you would love to freshen up with a new rug, and a glimpse of what is going on in your lives. Whether you are the winner or not, I wanted to share some of my favorite neutral rugs with you in case you are in the market. I will announce the winner at the end of this post, so be sure stick around for the BIG announcement!

Believe me I know that picking out a rug can be challenging. One of the biggest things I always advise my clients on is to make sure your biggest pieces are neutral, that ensures they will last the longest, and give you the most flexibility in your space. So if you are a neutral lover like myself, I’m sure you will find some rugs that you love listed below!

Rugs made of natural fibers are a great way to add texture and warmth to a space, while maintaining durability and offering a great neutral backdrop.

These next area rugs are a great way to add a pattern that won’t be overwhelming to the space. Their soft gray hue is not only neutral but gentle on the eyes creating subtle interest without demanding all the attention.

These taupe colored options below offer a lot of versatility. They are neutral, but not too warm and not too cool, giving you lots of flexibility with your decor. You can pair them with other neutral shades like whites and grays along with darker shades of tans and browns too!

I hope these provide some options when it comes to deciding on an area rug, whether you are searching for one with a subtle pattern or no pattern at all. These are my go-to’s when creating designs for clients, and hope they are helpful for you too!

The winner of the $200 Rugs USA GIVEAWAY is Karen in South Carolina! Be on the look out for an e-mail from me, and THANK YOU so much to each and every one of you who entered!

So many great rugs here, thanks for sharing! Area floor rugs are always the finishing touch to a room. I love how each rug adds something different to a space, even if you keep them completely neutral they provide a function!
