Hello Friends! I’m so excited to be sharing a Winter Wonderland Tablescape with you today that I created. We are going to create this exact table for our Christmas eve dinner with the family. It was more per my daughters request, she said it looked just like a winter wonderland, and I quite agree. I’m teaming up with a few blogging friends for a christmas tablescape tour, hosted by Alicia from A Burst of Beautiful, and you are going to love what’s in store for today!
I recently made some changes in our dining room, which you can read all about HERE.
I wanted the entire feel of this space to feel like you were truly in a winter wonderland. I placed two flocked trees at different heights in the corner to set the back drop for this “snowy” tablescape.
A faux fur runner, and white bottle brush tree give the illusion of a snowy winter wonderland.
I think the one item piece my daughter is looking forward to most on christmas eve, are these new “fancy” glasses, as she calls them. Since we only bring out our nice china for special occasions, it’s makes the dinner and time spent with family feel extra special. It’s not so much about having the “fancy” things, but how it makes you feel, and putting forth a little extra special effort turns a regular dinner into one they will always remember.
I layered in different heights of bottle brush trees, and then filled in around them with candle votives and tiny ornaments. I love how the faux fur runner gives the illusion of snow, and creates a winter scene with the bottle brush trees.
Be sure to stop by my friends and take a look at their beautiful tables as well!

I know i am late but, this is such a busy time for all of us, your table is like an early morning winter wonderland, you know before the sun melts and everything is waking up to a new day. Ice and snow is so beautiful. Thanks and have a Merry Christmas.
