If you caught my news recently I have a NEW BOOK coming out, October 1st, all inspired by my love for tablescapes called “The Gift of Gathering”. You can read more about it HERE, and I’m so excited to share today’s fall tablescape with you!
I’m so excited for another installment of Seasons of Home | Holiday Series, hosted by Kristen from Ella Claire & Co. And joining in on the fun today are 13 bloggers also sharing their fall tablescapes, and they are gorgeous! So be sure to scroll through to the bottom!
Fall is one of our favorite times to gather outside! Our outdoor patio area, is right next to our fire pit, which makes for a perfect fall evening with family or friends! We spend hours out here.
I couldn’t wait to add some fall touches to our outdoor dining table. Including these cute little glass salt & pepper shaker I picked up from the Target $1 spot a few years ago!
I used a variety of faux and real pumpkins to create the centerpiece, scattered around an old milk jug holding some of the left over faux floral stems from my DIY Fall Wreath.
There’s a few things that instantly just feel like fall to me when I’m creating a tablescape. These wood slab chargers the hubby made for one….
… And these amber wine goblets are another. The warm tones from both, instantly give me that cozy feeling I crave come fall.
Of course one of our favorite things about using our outdoor dining table, is dining under the glow of the patio lights!
I really wanted to get a warm colored plaid tablecloth for fall this year. But I just couldn’t find one I really loved, and honestly the thought of spending even $30 or more on a tablecloth I would only use once a year, just didn’t seem justifiable.
And then I got a crazy idea! What if I could find a fall scarf that could work, even just as a table runner if needed, but still bring in some of those warm fall colors! And that’s just what I found! I quick search on Amazon, and I came across this beautiful scarf I used as a tablecloth for under $10! And the colors were just what I was craving!
I brought out some gold flatware to compliment the amber glasses, and the warm yellow tones in the faux floral stems I used throughout the table as well.
Every time I create a centerpiece with pumpkins, I always say “this one is my favorite”, until next year that is! Using faux and real pumpkins is one of my most favorite things to use for my fall tablescapes. To see more fall tablescapes I’ve created, click HERE.
