Hello Friends! I am back today sharing a brand NEW round up of 10 NEW Modern Farmhouse Floor Plans with you today. I shared a round up of my favorite farmhouse floor plans last week from plans I’ve shared in the past in anticipation for the 10 new modern farmhouse floor plans I would be sharing with you today! Honestly, I get so excited looking at floor plans. I love pretending I’m walking through the home as I look through each floor plan, and imagine where I would put furniture, and how I would decorate each space. I guess you could say it’s just one of the creative process’ my brain loves, and it’s fun to come up with new decorating ideas for each floor plan that is different. I’m excited to share these never before seen floor plans with you today, and would love to know which one is your favorite. So do you have a favorite yet?? I have carefully looked through each floor plan, and without a doubt I can tell you that out of this collection Modern Farmhouse Floor plan #4 is my favorite!! One of the things I really love about it is the large kitchen. I also really love some of the architectural details on the outside of the home that really give it that farmhouse flair.
