Hello Friends!!! I can't believe Christmas is in one week! ONE WEEK! My husband and I went out last night to get the last of the stocking stuffers that we need, and other than one more Amazon order to make - we are done! And it feels so good! I can't believe with Christmas only a week away, we will be ringing in the New Year before you know it! I have reached the age where I'd much rather stay in and party than go out. Over the past couple of years I have created different Advent calendars at christmas time to celebrate the holiday season. I remember when my kids were toddlers feeling the pressure to do everything the Christmas season had to offer. Make christmas cookies, go caroling, drive around and look at christmas lights. Make sure we watch ALL the christmas movies, get matching christmas pajamas, celebrate advent, attend our churches christmas eve service in our new holiday outfits, and the list goes on and on.
