Winter Wardrobe Must – Haves | 2019
I’ll be honest, I do not consider myself a fashion blogger by any means. I mean, the thought of taking all those selfies makes my head spin, and a bit nauseous. I consider my wardrobe pretty basic, I like wearing the same 3 colors, and stick to them. Yet I do get asked quite a bit where certain outfit staples are from, so today I’ve rounded up my favorite winter wardrobe must-haves, especially since this week all the sales begin and I will be added a few pieces to my wardrobe as well.
Chunky Knit Tree Skirt
Hello friends!! I have gotten so many questions about my Christmas tree skirt, I wanted to designate a post just to share it! I’ve always love the look of blankets draped around the bottom of a tree skirt vs. a traditional tree skirt. I’m not 100% sure why, but to me it just looks more cozy and relaxed. I’ve used a chunky knit blanket the last few years, and the shop I got it from is no longer in business, but fear not, I have rounded up a few different places you can find them!
Festive Holiday Tablescape
Hello Friends!! I am so excited to share today’s festive holiday Tablescapes with you, as I have some friends who are also sharing their holiday get-together tablescapes and ideas. We are in full swing holiday mode over here, and I can’t wait to show you what I came up with this year!

And I have to say, I am very impressed with this super affordable Christmas tree from non other than Amazon!
Easy Elegance Wednesday | vol. 9
Hello friends!! I’m so excited to share this weeks installment for Easy Elegance Wednesdays! It is full of some great holiday ideas for Christmas. Gift wrapping ideas, putting together a holiday dessert table – even perfect for Thanksgiving, and creating an inviting holiday porch! We might have already started decorating for Christmas on the inside of our home, but I typically wait until the day after Thanksgiving to tackle the outside of our home – don’t want to scare any neighbors off!
Farmhouse Christmas | 2019

Transitioning Throw Pillows | Christmas Edition
I’ve mentioned it before, but one of the ways I like to transition the decor in my home from season to season is swapping out my throw pillow covers. I actually keep them all in the trunk in our living room that we use as a coffee table, so they are close by when I’m ready to swap things over. This makes it super easy to do a quick change in my decor, without the expense of buying all new pillows every time. So I wanted to share how I transitioned our couch pillows over recently for Christmas.
Simple Christmas Vignette
I know I’ve said before that tablescapes are my favorite thing to create here on the blog, but coming in at a close second would have to be vignettes. Yesterday I shared a Green + White holiday tablescape, and I always love to create a vignette on the buffet in our dining room that coordinates. So today I’m sharing the simple Christmas vignette I created to go along with yesterdays tablescape.
