There’s a place in our home that I love to sit and enjoy the quiet. I think it’s important that we all take time to pause and reflect in this busy, fast-paced driven world. For me it’s vital. I don’t need much time, but just a few minutes of undistracted, quiet time to gather my thoughts does me a world of good – and my family too. It calms me, helps me feel less bothered, and allows me a moment to refresh, so I can give my best.
