Today I’m sharing how I refreshed our guest bathroom. The plan was to give our guest bathroom some cosmetic updates to help refresh the space, and tone down the red tile. Knowing that eventually we plan to give this bathroom a complete makeover, I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on this refresh. Our main goal was to update this guest bathroom, all with budget friendly ways, to help get us by until we can give it the makeover it deserves.
Guest Bathroom Before & Design Plan
Today I’m sharing a space in our home with you that has never been seen before on the blog. Is the suspense killing you yet? Are you wondering “How in the world could I be holding out from you like this”? When we moved into our home, almost two years ago, pretty much the entire house and been renovated or updated by the previous owner, except for this room. Our guest room bathroom! Yep, our guest room off the living room as a full en suite bathroom which is amazing for guests, especially when our parents come to stay. However, it still has all of its’ original fixtures from when it was put in back in the 90’s – including some very red tile. Are you ready to check it out.
Primary Bathroom Design Plan and Mood Board
Last week I decided to start tackling another room in our house. This time our primary bathroom. While we might not be tackling everything on my to-do list, I am ready to make some simple updates in our primary bathroom. So today I’m sharing some of my design plans, along with my thought process on how I decide on what to tackle first. Even if you don’t have a primary bathroom remodel in the near future I hope some of these ideas will give you fresh inspiration for your home as well.
DIY Planked Bathroom Ceiling
Hello Friends!! I’m so excited to share todays project with all of you, and I have teamed up with some friends who are also sharing some fun DIY’s today too! Nothing like tackling a project, or working with your hands to beat some of those winter blues away. This is my favorite time of year to do DIY, because it’s too cold to be outside, and with no holidays or upcoming festivities, I can focus on some of those to-do list items I have been pushing off for awhile. Today I’m sharing how I DIY’d a planked ceiling in our bathroom.
