Hello friends!! I can’t believe that in just ONE day my book, The Gift of Gathering, releases!! A friend asked me over the weekend at a BBQ how it feels, and I told them it still feels very surreal, like it hasn’t hit yet, and on the other hand it feels a little raw, like I’m walking around with my heart on my sleeve, because this book baby I’ve been working on will now be out in the world for everyone to see, GULP! 3 years ago, I created this tablescape. And while I was photographing it for an upcoming blog post, something just sparked in me, like never before. While I was taking pictures my hubby called home to see how my day was going, and before he could finish his question I exclaimed – “Fantastic! It’s going fantastic, I love this so much. Friends, let me first start off by saying that I can’t believe the time has finally come to tell you more about my first BOOK! It releases in just under a month, and honestly every time I think about the words I want to write to share how I’m feeling, I am overcome by emotions and happy tears well up in my eyes. I’m so excited to share with you today about my very own BOOK – The Gift of Gathering, and hopefully I can make it through this post without crying 🙂
