I mentioned in my post the other day about refreshing your front porch that we are in the process of switching out our exterior lights! I’m so excited to use something that feels more farmhouse to me. While I was shopping for myself, I noticed so many great choices, I decided to share my top picks with you too! Here are 20 of my favorite outdoor lights all found on Amazon.
8 Styles of Front Porch Decor
I shared yesterday some of my thought process for how I go about refreshing our front porch in the spring! It’s my favorite way to make a welcome statement for anyone who comes over! Today I’ve put together 8 different styles to refresh your curb appeal, whether you have a front porch, a front stoop, or just your front door. They are sure to make your friends and family welcome!
Spring Curb Appeal | Refresh your Front Porch
I don’t know about you, but every spring I can’t wait to get outside and start freshening up our outdoor spaces. Our front porch in particular is one of the first areas I tackle since we use this as our main entrance to the house. I can’t wait to take down the winter decor I had out there and clean the entire area. Not only does it look better once it’s cleaned, but it really makes our entryway feel fresh for spring! Since I’m in the process of doing this to our own front porch right now, I wanted to share my thoughts with you as well!

Mother’s Day Tablescape | 2019
Hello friends!! Happy Friday!! I’m so excited for todays post for two reasons!! First of all, it’s a tablescape, and creating tablescapes is just about my favorite thing to do. Secondly, I have some amazing friends who are joining me, and their beautiful ideas are so inspiring!! So let’s get this party started!
Spring Shelves in the Kitchen
Hello Friends!! Today I’m sharing how I styled my open shelves in our kitchen for spring! They are one of my favorite DIY’s we did to our kitchen over 5 years ago, and my favorite area to decorate …..
Finding the Meaning in the Mundane
Hello friends!! And Happy Friday!! I can hardly believe that the weekend is here already. I feel like I blinked and this past week went by, but I have to tell you I am so excited, because tomorrow we are getting outside to start our spring cleanup, and I am itching to get it started! My wheels have already been turning on what new plants I want to add this year, and some landscaping goals I want to tackle. If you’ve never seen the outside of our house I shared some views of it in last years landscaping plan post, HERE. But today I wanted to pop in really quick and share with you a recent post I wrote for the Christian Mommy blog.
17 Vintage – Style Goblets from Amazon
One of the questions I get asked most often when I share my tablescapes is not where I found a certain tablecloth, or even about the centerpiece I may or may not have made. Nope, not about any of that, believe it or not, it’s about the glass goblets I used at each place setting. More times than not, I’ve found them at HomeGoods, because scouring those shelves in that slice of heaven here on earth store, is one of my favorite things to look for. But it’s not always the most practical when I’m trying to share the source, especially with a blogging friend who is trying to create her own beautiful tablescape, and is desperate to use the same glassware! Well you are in luck!
Antique Silverware
To me there is nothing more special than being able to connect with friends over a story, and I loved being able to do that with you! In case you missed it, you can read the whole story HERE about my inherited china set, and how this set of plates that sat in basement for years ended up sparking my love to create tablescapes. Some of you had asked about the antique silverware also seen in the photos, so I wanted to share where that came from as well.
